This amazing combination of Slated Caramel and Chocolate Chocolate Chip, happened quite by accident. I had a little of each dough left but not enough for a full cookie of each. Not wanting to waste the dough, I combined the two and plopped it on the baking sheet with the others. The result was truly "serendipity".
